Motion Preview
1. Why slow down your shutter speed?
To allow the camera sensor to capture the movement of the subject.

having a longer shutter speed

This setting allows you to set your shutter speed and change other settings like aperture to ensure the shot is well exposed.

Small aperture, decreasing the iso and Neutral density filter.

tracks the subject on moving objects. It focus on the the subject every time you move as you move its focuses

It captures a sharp photo instead of capturing movement with blur it freezes and captures the sharp in a clear shot
10. Why should you consider using Back Button Focus for action photography?
The focus will stay until you want to change it. when you have events that happen one in a life time and and can't have them over because they didn't come out right this focus everything out every time you move and want to capture everything. Actually focuses on moving subjects and comes out clear.

Still Life Preview

Something a photographer must consider is where he would like to shoot. Whether it will be outside or inside. What will be the main focus of your photo and your background.

Aperture Priority mode is helpful with capturing the correct amount of exposure and controlling the depth of field.
4. Why is a small aperture sometimes beneficial for still life photography?
Using a smaller aperture is sometimes beneficial because it will increase the exposure time.

Stock Photography
1. What is a model release?Why do you need one?

Model release is when the photographer asks for permission to publish the photograph.
2. Why should you keyword your photos?
So the word can give a general expression of the image.
3. Why do you have to be careful about shooting images with band names or logos?
If the brand is in the photograph and you don't have permission you can get into trouble.
4. Why should you save space?
It's important to save space because it'll leave space for you to add a header and it won't cut the subject off.
5. Why do designers like Royalty Free images?
the model marketing can always change at any minute and Royalty Free there is no charge or anything if you want to make changes or something.
6. Why should designers be careful about using Royalty Free images?
It maybe a very popular image and someone else may also use it.
7. What is an alternative to Royalty Free images?
If two companies have the same model the photographer would go to the best selling company and give them more photos.
8. In your words, what is the difference between Royalty Free and Rights Managed stock photography?
Rights managed is where you need a license to take the photo and you cannot make any changes. With Royalty Free you can alter it a little bit.
9. What is a legal issue that is covered in the FAQ that you never thought of before you read about it?
I read that just having a logo or brand name in your photo can be a problem.
10. Why is it an interesting legal issue to you?
It's interesting because I was unaware that is considered wrong .

First six weeks photo shoot.

| The reason I like this photo is because she is kind of off center but still the main focus of the picture. Something that I learned was that it isn't easing trying to manually focus the camera. I think I could have done better by getting her more in the center a little bit and having a solid background without the strip. |

| This picture was my favorite because it has a nice solid colored background. I learned that a vertical photo compliments the person in the photo better than horizontal. If I could name anything I could do better it would be to have a steady hand so that the picture wouldn't be blurry at all. |

| Something that I like about this photo is that the color scheme of her shirt and the background is great. I didn't really like that the picture came out bland kind of. Something that I learned was that editing isn't easy. You really have to edit it to where the editing you chose compliments that person in the picture. |

| This is my second favorite because I like the way it came out . I also like the way that I edited the photograph. The darker corners really tie in the main focus which is him. One thing I could've done better was get his other arm in the picture. I also learned that it's important to focus the camera on the person. |
